I figured that I haven't posted a blog entry for a while and even I think this is nothing of any importance to share, I would just write it off my back. Just to have it said http://www.theexiled...lt/rolleyes.gif
Doing most of the time work while I relaxed sit down I would never expect this. But last Friday I stood up and it was just a split second and something in my back went go terrible wrong. Such a pain I can't remember when I felt that for the last time. In that split second I was kind of de-activated http://www.theexiled...-smiley-004.gif Ah yes, I still can see the humour in it. I couldn't walk, sit, stand or anything without letting me feel the same pain over and over again, until I got into a position not using any muscles in my body. And that's a weird experience because if you feel pain you respond to that pain which makes it worse.
I figured that I was not much of use any more so I would just go home, lay down and wait until it would pass by. But what a task that is .... Getting to my car alone was a huge task that took me ages because I had to carry a bag and a laptop with me I never knew they were that heavy. And back home it was even worst because obvious it's hard to find a parking place close to the door .... my god. And now I have had a night I really don't feel for it much to get a sleep once again because it took me nearly 2 hours to get out of bed and only because I got so sick of trying that I forced myself to roll over and get up screaming like a pregnant pig. Something you don't realize much or think about if you're healthy and not having issues. I know, "Be careful, you get your back only once", but as it seems it won't need to much to get into this shit as I only carried a peace of paper. Anyway, it's still nice just to experience how much you miss if you got such back problems all of the sudden. Getting a cup of coffee? Give me a hour .....
